We want you to love your Bird Paper Goods planner. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

Returns
You may return unused planners in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Personalized items
Planners with a gold monogram are made just for you, so they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
